How we work
There are three stages to actively using our service, all of which are quick
and stress free. There is no charge to open an account with us and it does
not obligate you.
Open an Account
Phone and speak to a broker or access our website online.
Agree our Terms & Conditions of Trade by going online or by completing our Trading Agreement and returning (via post or fax).
For Anti Money Laundering purposes, we require a clear copy of your photo ID in the form of a passport and/or driver's licence (both parts) and a copy of your registered address in the form of a bank statement or utility bill (gas, electricity, water, landline telephone) no more than 3 months old.
Speak to a
Dedicated Broker
When we have received your application form, you will be allocated a unique account reference code.
This will now enable you to secure your currency whether you are buying or selling. Your broker will build a rapport with you, understanding your timescales and the urgency of your payment whilst coupling market knowledge with various foreign exchange contracts to meet your needs.
Receive your Funds
If you are happy and accept our quote you will receive a contract note sent via email, fax or post.
You will then fill out the onward payment instructions and return this to us. Once we have received your funds and they are showing cleared we will immediately forward your currency via priority telegraphic transfer to the account of your choice.
