For Anti Money Laundering purposes, we require a clear copy of your photo ID in the form of a passport and/or driver's licence (both parts) and a copy of your registered address in the form of a bank statement or utility bill (gas, electricity, water, landline telephone) no more than 3 months old.
When we have received your application form, you will be allocated a unique account reference code and password.
This will now enable you to view prices (what you see is what you get) and secure your currency at times to suit you (including evenings, weekends
and Bank Holidays).
You can set up payees in advance and select the account to which you want your currency sent.
After trading online you will receive a contract note via email.
As soon as we have received your funds and they are showing cleared we will immediately forward your currency via priority telegraphic transfer to the account that you have nominated.
